I cite this as fair use because these people are using this as a memorable moment for this little boy. I will be using it to show people how they can change someone's life by donating to Operation Smile.

If I was to create a picture, I would take a picture of a cartoon spartan and put a smile on it. The picture of the spartan would have to not have a "no derivative" so I can build on it. Or I could say that I'm repurposing the spartan so I could technically use fair use laws. So I would put the smile on it and write underneath "Spartans Giving Smiles".
